Why haven't I heard of some of these businesses? ▾

That's the point — SoonSpot finds them early. We track permit filings and planning board approvals before businesses announce themselves publicly. You might see a spot on SoonSpot months before a sign goes up.

How accurate is the information? ▾

Each spot has a confidence level — Rumored, Coming Soon, or Open. Rumored spots are unverified early signals. Coming Soon means it's been announced or approved. Open means we've verified the business is operating. We do our best to keep information accurate, but always treat early-stage spots as unconfirmed.

How often is SoonSpot updated? ▾

We run our scanners regularly and review new spots before they go live. Community tips are reviewed and added as they come in. When a business is confirmed or opens, we update it.

Can I submit a tip? ▾

Yes — tap the 📌 Submit Tip button in the app to share what you've seen or heard. Photos and links are welcome and increase the confidence score of your tip. All tips are anonymous.

A spot on the map is wrong or outdated. What do I do? ▾

Submit a tip letting us know. You can also email us at hello@soonspot.com. We review all tips and will update or remove spots accordingly.

Which cities are covered? ▾

Currently: Bedford, Nashua, Manchester, Merrimack, and Amherst. More cities are coming soon. If you'd like to see a city added, let us know at hello@soonspot.com.

Is SoonSpot free? ▾

Yes, completely free with no ads.

How do I get my business listed? ▾

We may already have you listed! Email us at business@soonspot.com to claim your listing, update your info, or add photos. Claiming is free and we'll respond within 48 hours.
